Referral Program

1. Eligibility

• Open to individuals aged 18+ who are not currently employed by Pixel Co Creative & Marketing or its affiliates.

• Referral payments will only be made where the referred business is not already in Pixel Co’s sales pipeline or existing database.

2. What Qualifies as a Referral?

• The referral must be a direct introduction via email, phone, or a shared contact form.

• The referred client must sign a contract and make the initial payment to Pixel Co Creative & Marketing for one of the eligible services (see below).

3. Referral Rewards

• $3,000 AUD for referring a client who signs up for a Full-Time Marketing Management agreement (minimum 6-month term).

• $300 AUD for referring a client who signs up for any of the following services:

  • Website design or redevelopment

  • Google Ads management

  • Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Ads management

  • Social media content managment (posts)

4. Reward Payment Timing

• Referral rewards will be paid via bank transfer or gift card within 30 days of the referred client’s first payment being received.

• For full-time marketing management, $1,500 may be paid upfront, with the balance after the client completes 3 months of service.

5. Multiple Referrals

• There is no cap on the number of referrals you can make.

• If multiple people refer the same client, only the first person to make the introduction will be eligible for the reward.

6. Non-Eligible Referrals

• Referrals from current or former Pixel Co clients are allowed.

• However, self-referrals (e.g. submitting your own business) are not eligible.

• Referrals that do not result in a signed contract and payment within 180 days will be considered void.

7. Program Duration

• Pixel Co reserves the right to change, pause, or end this referral program at any time without notice.

8. Tax Implications

• Rewards are considered a gift or payment and may be taxable. It is the recipient’s responsibility to report income and comply with tax obligations.

9. Ethical Conduct

• All referrals must be made in good faith. Any misuse, including spamming, may result in disqualification.
