Admin assistant – part time

Two half days per week. (8 hours total)

Pixel Co Creative & Marketing is a fast-growing, grassroots, fun, digital advertising agency on the Sunshine Coast of Australia. 


Reporting to the General Manager, you will play a key role in the day-to-day admin and finance functions of the business.

Due to the nature of this busy role, it is essential that applicants possess a proven background in a similar role, with an ability to hit the ground running, working proactively and autonomously within a busy team.

This role is ideally suited to a candidate who is looking for a part time addition to their income, needing flexibility.


You will be responsible for:

  • Invoicing, payroll processing, accounts payable/receivable, bank reconciliation and general bookkeeping tasks
  • Setting meetings with the team for performance reviews, into their calendars
  • Liaison with members of the team where needed
  • Ad hoc administration and general office duties



  • Minimu of 1 year experience in a similar role
  • Intermediate working knowledge of Xero bookkeeping software, Excel, Word and Outlook, Google docs.
  • EFFICIENCY and ACCURACY are the two most important traits we are looking for
  • Outstanding time management skill
  • Strong initiative and problem-solving skills
  • An enthusiastic and can-do attitude
  • Willingness to learn & ability to follow instructions
  • Proactive attitude with excellent attention to detail and analytical skills
  • Excellent written and verbal skills
  • A “team first” attitude
